Modification/Exchange Policy

We’re dedicated to ensuring that your dog has a muzzle that fits comfortably and meets your expectations. To help us make this possible, we encourage you to provide as much information and as many photos as possible at the start of the process. This helps avoid potential fit issues when you receive your muzzle.

Exchange Eligibility
We understand that sometimes errors occur. In these cases, we’re happy to offer an exchange on custom items. Please note that exchanges are only available for items in their original, unused condition. Trying the muzzle on your dog briefly is okay, but extended use may make the item ineligible for exchange.

Getting Started
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at tyedyemuzzles@gmail.com. An exchange fee of $20 will apply to cover the costs of shipping, materials, and adjustments. We’ll provide instructions on how to complete this payment.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
