All orders are made and shipped from our workshop in Massachusetts.
Processing Time:

Custom Muzzles: Each muzzle is handcrafted to order. Once completed, you’ll receive an email with a photo of your finished muzzle before it ships. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after final confirmation.

Ready-to-Ship & Collars: These items ship within 1–3 business days without additional confirmation photos.
Shipping Methods:
All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on size and destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times:
